Theories about Margaery, the presumable "younger and more beautiful" woman who will "cast [Cersei] down and take all that [Cersei holds] dear" suggest she is working on a plan that will end in Tommen's death.

The end of the prophecy states that "valonqar," which is High Valyrian for "little brother" will kill her.
